Synology 2-Bay NAS DS224+

Description

A NAS replaces the USB stick that gets passed around the office and the single hard drive that eventually fails. The DS224+ takes two disks in mirror — if one goes down, the other has everything — and shares folders with every computer in the company, with permissions set per person.

It backs up PCs automatically, syncs phones, and stays accessible from outside via the Synology app. Disks sold separately; installation and configuration available from GTech Solutions.
