How do I place an order on the GTech Store?
Add the desired products to the basket, click on "Place order", fill in your details (name, phone number, neighborhood) and choose your payment method from Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Cash on delivery or In-store pickup.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest. But creating an account gives you access to your history, your favorites, and the loyalty program. GTech Points (100 points offered upon registration).
How can I track the status of my order?
Log in to your account → "My Orders". You can also use the page Order tracking with your phone number and email address. We also send an SMS/WhatsApp at each stage.
Can I modify or cancel an order I've placed?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. +237 657 74 77 38 by specifying your order number.
💳 Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
Four modes: Orange Money Cameroon, MTN Mobile Money, Cash on Delivery (with prepayment of the 2,000 FCFA delivery fee) and In-store pickup (no online payment, everything is settled on site).
Is the payment secure?
Yes. The site uses a certificate. SSL (Padlock icon in URL). Your Mobile Money transaction details are encrypted and securely stored. We never ask for your PIN.
How to pay with Orange Money / MTN Mobile Money?
At the payment stage, choose your network, make the transfer to the indicated number (#150# for Orange, *126# for MTN), note the transaction reference received by SMS, and then enter it in the form. We will verify and validate your order within a few minutes.
Why 2000 FCFA in advance for cash on delivery?
To avoid phantom orders (delivery drivers dispatched for no reason), we ask for Delivery fees to be paid in advance via Mobile Money. The cost of the items is then paid in cash upon receipt.
Can I pay in installments?
Not at the moment. But with in-store pickup, you can reserve your items and pay whenever you want (within 7 days).
🚚 Delivery & Pickup
What are the delivery times?
24 to 48 hours in Yaoundé for home delivery. For in-store pickup, your order is ready in approximately 2 hours — you will receive a text message as soon as it is available.
What are the delivery charges?
2,000 FCFA fixed for any delivery in Yaoundé, regardless of weight or amount. FREE for in-store pickup.
Do you deliver outside of Yaoundé?
Not available for standard delivery. But contact us at +237 657 74 77 38 : we study on a case-by-case basis (Douala, Bafoussam, Bamenda, etc.) with a shipping service.
How does in-store pickup work?
(1) Confirm the order without paying online, (2) receive a confirmation SMS, (3) come to the store with your order number + ID, (4) pay on site (cash, Orange Money, MTN MoMo). You can also present the QR code Printout generated upon confirmation.
What happens if I am not home for the delivery?
The delivery driver will call you 30 minutes beforehand. If you're not home, they'll come back a second time (free of charge) the next day. After that, a fee may apply or the order may be switched to in-store pickup.
🔄 Returns & Warranty
What is the return policy?
You have 7 days From the date of receipt, to report a defect or non-conforming product. See our refund policy complete.
How do I return a product?
Send an email to contact@gtech-store.com or a WhatsApp message with your order number and the reason. We will arrange the return free of charge.
Are my products guaranteed?
Yes. All our items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For breakdowns outside the legal 7-day period, contact us: we will manage the exchange with the supplier.
Are your products original?
Yes, at 100%. We work exclusively with official distributors (Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, JBL, Baseus, Philips, Lenovo, etc.). No counterfeit products, ever.
🎁 Loyalty & Promotions
What is the GTech Points program?
For each 1,000 FCFA spent, you win 10 points. 1 point = 5 FCFA discount on your basket. Bonus: 100 points upon registration, 500 points per referral, 200 points on your birthday. Three levels: 🥉 Bronze, 🥈 Silver (1,000 points), 🥇 Gold (5,000 points).
How do I sponsor a friend?
Log in to your account → «GTech Points» → copy your referral link. When your friend signs up and places their first order, you earn 500 points.
Are there regular promotions?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to receive them first. And check out the section 🔥 Promotions in the shop.
I abandoned my shopping cart — will I receive an email?
Yes, if you entered your email address at checkout: three reminders (at 2 AM, 24 hours, and 72 hours). The second one includes a promo code 10% Valid for 7 days.

What is GBot?
GBot is our intelligent assistant (AI Claude) that answers your questions 24/7 about products, payment, delivery, and returns. Click on the 🤖 icon in the bottom right corner of each page.
How do I install the website like an application?
The site is a PWA (Progressive Web App). On Chrome mobile, an "Install GTech Store" banner appears. Click on it to add it to your home screen — it will work like a real app, even offline for products you've already viewed.
Is the site available in English?
Yes! Click on the 🇫🇷 / 🇬🇧 switcher in the top right corner.
