Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms govern the relationship between GTech Store (RCCM CM-NSI-02-2026-A10-00593) and every customer of the online shop gtech-store.com.

1. Items and prices

Products are described on their own page. Prices are shown in FCFA (XAF), all taxes included. GTech Store may change its prices at any time, but items are always invoiced at the price in force when the order was placed.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed by email/SMS once payment is validated (except for store pickup, where it is confirmed straight away).

3. Payment

🟡 MTN Mobile Money
💵 Pay on delivery (the delivery fee is paid up front by Mobile Money, depending on your neighbourhood)
🏪 Store pickup (paid in full on site, nothing charged online)

4. Delivery

Time: 24 to 48 working hours in Yaounde. Delivery fee in Yaounde: from 1,000 FCFA depending on the neighbourhood; other cities: shipped through a coach agency. Store pickup: free.

5. Right of withdrawal

7 days — see our refund policy.

6. Warranty

Warranty as shown on each product page. Some accessories carry no warranty (screen protectors, cases, camera protectors): they are made to wear out in place of the device they protect.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Yaounde.
