General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between GTech Store (RCCM CM-NSI-02-2026-A10-00593) and any customer of the online store gtech-store.com.
1. Items and prices
The products are described on their respective product pages. Prices are indicated in FCFA (XAF), all taxes included. GTech Store reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but items will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.
2. Order
The order is confirmed by email/SMS after payment validation (except for in-store pickup where it is confirmed immediately).
3. Payment

- 🟡 MTN Mobile Money
- 💵 Cash on delivery (delivery fee of 2,000 FCFA paid in advance via Mobile Money)
- 🏪 In-store pickup (full payment on site, no online charge)
4. Delivery
Deadline : 24 to 48 business hours in Yaoundé. Fixed costs: 2,000 FCFA. In-store pickup: free.

7 days — see our refund policy.
6. Warranty
Manufacturer's warranty on all original products.
7. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Yaoundé.
