At GTech Store, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's what to do if an item doesn't suit you.

Legal withdrawal period

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to report a defective or non-compliant product.

Return conditions

  • Produced in its original packaging, Accessories included.
  • Not used (except for reasonable verification).
  • Accompanied by order number.

How to proceed

  1. Send an email to contact@gtech-store.com or WhatsApp +237 657 74 77 38 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm within 24 working hours and arrange the return.
  3. After receipt and verification, you will receive:
    • A free replacement if a defect is found, or
    • A full refund (items + delivery charges) within 3 to 5 working days via Orange Money, MTN MoMo or cash.

Ineligible products

  • Personalized items (engraving, custom case).
  • In-ear headphones unpacked (for hygiene reasons).
  • SIM cards, top-ups, digital subscriptions.

All our original products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a product malfunctions after 7 days, please contact us: we will arrange for an exchange with the supplier.
