At GTech Store, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's what to do if an item doesn't suit you.
Legal withdrawal period
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to report a defective or non-compliant product.
Return conditions
- Produced in its original packaging, Accessories included.
- Not used (except for reasonable verification).
- Accompanied by order number.
How to proceed
- Send an email to contact@gtech-store.com or WhatsApp +237 657 74 77 38 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm within 24 working hours and arrange the return.
- After receipt and verification, you will receive:
- A free replacement if a defect is found, or
- A full refund (items + delivery charges) within 3 to 5 working days via Orange Money, MTN MoMo or cash.
Ineligible products
- Personalized items (engraving, custom case).
- In-ear headphones unpacked (for hygiene reasons).
- SIM cards, top-ups, digital subscriptions.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our original products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a product malfunctions after 7 days, please contact us: we will arrange for an exchange with the supplier.
