- Order & payment: Order history, Mobile Money transaction references (never PIN codes).
- Navigation: Pages viewed, shopping cart, preferences. Used to improve the experience.
Purposes
Order processing, delivery, customer support, newsletter (with explicit consent), accounting (NIU/RCCM).
Shelf life
Orders are kept for 10 years (accounting requirement). Browsing data: 13 months. Newsletter subscription: until unsubscribe.
