But creating an account gives you access to your history, your favorites, and the loyalty program. <strong>GTech Points<\/strong> (100 points offered upon registration).<\/p>\n<h3>How can I track the status of my order?<\/h3>\n<p>Log in to your account \u2192 &quot;My Orders&quot;. You can also use the page <a href=\"\/en\/suivi-commande\/\">Order tracking<\/a> with your phone number and email address. We also send an SMS\/WhatsApp at each stage.<\/p>\n<h3>Can I modify or cancel an order I&#039;ve placed?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, as long as the order hasn&#039;t been shipped. The site uses a certificate. <strong>SSL<\/strong> (Padlock icon in URL). Your Mobile Money transaction details are encrypted and securely stored. We never ask for your PIN.<\/p>\n<h3>How to pay with Orange Money \/ MTN Mobile Money?<\/h3>\n<p>At the payment stage, choose your network, make the transfer to the indicated number (#150# for Orange, *126# for MTN), note the transaction reference received by SMS, and then enter it in the form. We will verify and validate your order within a few minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>Why 2000 FCFA in advance for cash on delivery?<\/h3>\n<p>To avoid phantom orders (delivery drivers dispatched for no reason), we ask for <strong>Delivery fees to be paid in advance via Mobile Money<\/strong>. For in-store pickup, your order is ready in <strong>approximately 2 hours<\/strong> \u2014 you will receive a text message as soon as it is available.<\/p>\n<h3>What are the delivery charges?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>2,000 FCFA fixed<\/strong> for any delivery in Yaound\u00e9, regardless of weight or amount. <strong>FREE<\/strong> for in-store pickup.<\/p>\n<h3>Do you deliver outside of Yaound\u00e9?<\/h3>\n<p>Not available for standard delivery. But contact us at <a href=\"tel:+237657747738\">+237 657 74 77 38<\/a> : we study on a case-by-case basis (Douala, Bafoussam, Bamenda, etc.) with a shipping service.<\/p>\n<h3>How does in-store pickup work?<\/h3>\n<p>(1) Confirm the order without paying online, (2) receive a confirmation SMS, (3) come to the store with your <strong>order number<\/strong> + ID, (4) pay on site (cash, Orange Money, MTN MoMo). You can also present the <strong>QR code<\/strong> Printout generated upon confirmation.<\/p>\n<h3>What happens if I am not home for the delivery?<\/h3>\n<p>The delivery driver will call you 30 minutes beforehand. If you&#039;re not home, they&#039;ll come back a second time (free of charge) the next day. We will arrange the return free of charge.<\/p>\n<h3>Are my products guaranteed?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes. All our items are covered by the <strong>manufacturer&#039;s warranty<\/strong>.
