This page explains, in simple terms, what data we collect, why, with whom it is shared, and how you can maintain control over it.<\/p>\n<h3>1. The data we collect<\/h3>\n<p>We only collect what is needed to process your order or request.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your identity and contacts<\/strong> Name, email, WhatsApp number and phone number. Both numbers are mandatory as all our customer relations (confirmation, tracking, delivery) are conducted via phone and WhatsApp.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your delivery address<\/strong> City, district, access directions. Optionally, a specific point that you place yourself on a map to help the delivery person.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your orders<\/strong> : items, amounts, payment method, status, history.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your payments<\/strong> only the <strong>transaction reference<\/strong> The Orange Money or MTN MoMo account you provide to us. We never see, and never ask for, your PIN, password, or Mobile Money credentials.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your customer account<\/strong> (if you create one): login details, loyalty points, favorites, history.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your messages<\/strong> : contact form, GTech Solutions quote request, product questions, conversations with our GBot assistant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Event registration<\/strong> (e.g. inauguration): name, WhatsApp number, number of accompanying persons, actual attendance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical data<\/strong> IP address and browser type, stored to limit abuse (spam, repeated attempts) and secure the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. What we do with it<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing, preparing, delivering and tracking your orders.<\/li>\n<li>To contact you regarding an order (confirmation, delivery person&#039;s visit, incident).<\/li>\n<li>Calculate your delivery costs based on your city and neighborhood.<\/li>\n<li>Manage your account, your favorites and your loyalty points.<\/li>\n<li>Answering your questions and quote requests.<\/li>\n<li>Issue your invoices and comply with our accounting and tax obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Secure the site (anti-spam, limiting abuse) and improve its operation.<\/li>\n<li>Send you our offers <strong>only if you have registered<\/strong> to the newsletter, or to remind you of a basket left in progress if you had given us your email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Geolocation and tracking of the delivery driver<\/h3>\n<p>When your order is on its way, you can track the delivery driver&#039;s approach on a map.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Delivery driver&#039;s position<\/strong> : shared via his phone, only during the race, and <strong>only with you<\/strong>, via a secure link specific to your order. It is deleted upon delivery (or cancellation) and is never kept in a history.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your position<\/strong> This is entirely optional. You can manually enter your home location to get an accurate arrival estimate. Your browser only transmits your location after your explicit permission, and you can refuse without losing access to tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Cookies and audience measurement<\/h3>\n<p>We use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Essential technical cookies<\/strong> Shopping cart, session, account login, language preferences, form security. Without them, the site cannot function.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audience measurement \u2014 Google Analytics<\/strong> : to understand which pages are being viewed and to improve the store. These statistics are aggregated and are not used to identify you personally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not use targeted advertising or profile reselling. As a precaution, audience measurement is <strong>automatically disabled<\/strong> on pages containing a personal link (order tracking, collection slip, invitation), so that no identifier linked to your order is transmitted to a third party.<\/p>\n<p>You can refuse non-essential cookies at any time via the banner displayed on your first visit, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install a cookie blocker. The site will remain usable.<\/p>\n<h3>6. With whom is your data shared?<\/h3>\n<p>We use technical service providers, each for a specific task:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hostinger<\/strong> \u2014 website and database hosting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong> \u2014 Audience measurement (Analytics), fonts, and automatic translation of pages into English. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when these elements are loaded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anthropic<\/strong> \u2014 GBot assistant engine. Only the text you write in the chat is transmitted, without your name or contact details. <strong>Never enter sensitive data there<\/strong> (password, PIN code, bank details).<\/li>\n<li><strong>OpenStreetMap<\/strong> And <strong>Cloudflare<\/strong> \u2014 display of delivery tracking cards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>QR Server<\/strong> \u2014 QR code generation. Only your tracking number (GTS-XXXX) is transmitted, never your contact details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meta (WhatsApp)<\/strong> \u2014 when we communicate with you on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp&#039;s privacy policy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our delivery drivers<\/strong> \u2014 only receive the information necessary for your delivery (name, telephone, address, amount), via a secure link with a limited time that expires automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your data may also be disclosed to the relevant authorities if required to do so by law.<\/p>\n<h3>7. How long do we keep them?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Orders and invoices<\/strong> : kept for the period required by our accounting and tax obligations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer account<\/strong> : as long as your account exists. You can request its deletion at any time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abandoned baskets<\/strong> Maximum 30 days, then automatic deletion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping slips<\/strong> : automatically deleted a few days after delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery driver&#039;s position<\/strong> : a few minutes, erased as soon as the race is over.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Messages and quote requests<\/strong> : the time needed to process your request and ensure commercial follow-up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Newsletter<\/strong> until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8. How we protect your data<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Site entirely in <strong>HTTPS<\/strong> (encrypted connection).<\/li>\n<li>Access to the controls is protected by <strong>limited-duration signed links<\/strong> : a tracking or receipt link expires and cannot be guessed.<\/li>\n<li>Access to the administration is reserved for authorized persons, with rights limited to their role.<\/li>\n<li>Protections against automated abuse (attempt limitation, anti-bot verification).<\/li>\n<li>We never store your payment codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Since no system is infallible, if an incident were to affect your data, we would inform you and take the necessary measures.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Legal framework<\/h3>\n<p>We process your data in accordance with applicable Cameroonian law, in particular Law No. 2010\/012 of 21 December 2010 relating to cybersecurity and cybercrime.
